Marking a major milestone in 2024, the Homeless Prenatal Program (HPP) celebrated 35 years of empowering families since its founding in 1989. In partnership with Cultivate Strategies, we created a commemorative 35-year logo that anchored the organization’s first citywide public-awareness campaign. This campaign featured multiple taglines that showcased key organizational values and outcomes, all unified by the central theme of togetherness in donor-facing communications.
The campaign ran for approximately six months and expanded to include Muni bus advertisements and targeted light-pole placements throughout San Francisco. This milestone celebration campaign was integrated across two major fundraising events, mailed annual appeals, email marketing, paid social and digital advertising, and branded tote bags and t-shirts for supporters and staff.

HPP’s Annual Luncheon is a recurring event that highlights former client stories and the agency’s programs and services. The event features community honorees and guest speakers to celebrate the organization every Fall. It draws many returning supporters and has traditionally been held in the Grand Ballroom at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.
During my time at HPP, the luncheon welcomed 350-500 guests and raised $300,000 - $500,000 per year.
